About Us

We're Tyler and Emily Fultz, owners of Key in the Conch Shell, a rental townhouse located at Lost Key Golf & Beach Club in stunning Perdido Key, Florida. We're so glad you're here!

The Gulf Coast, specifically Perdido Key, Orange Beach, and Pensacola, are very special to us and we are thrilled to share this beautiful place with you.

Emily's extended family is from the Gulf Coast and she grew up spending every summer and school holiday at the beach. Her family is in the charter boat business in Orange Beach and she learned how to fish on her grandfather's boat which is still owned and operated by her family today.

When Emily and Tyler met at Georgia Tech, Emily was able to share her love of the area with Tyler. A few graduations, a wedding, and a global pandemic later, we decided to make our dreams come true with this home away from home.
